General ordering information
To qualify as a preferred retailer, you must be a valid retail business with either a physical retail location or an existing online presence and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such.
Retailer agrees to not list any brands or products on third party websites (ex. Amazon), outside of it’s own registered website and social media channels. Doing so will terminate your buying access to Good Wares products and brand partners.
Accounts inactive for 12 months will have access removed from the Good Wares B2B site and will have to reapply to access buying again.

Prices

Good Wares reserves the right to alter our prices at any time, unless prior invoiced, with 30 days notice.

All orders must be pre-paid. You will be emailed the invoice and goods will be held for 2 business days pending payment. No orders will be processed until full payment is received.

By placing an order you agree to uphold the MSRP listed by Good Wares unless markdowns are previously authorized.

Shipping Costs / Delivery

Retailer incurs the shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged on your invoice.

Shipping is typically within 2-7 business days upon receiving payment.

If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Good Wares within 2 business days. (see Returns section for more information)

All orders must be shipped.

Payments

All orders must be prepaid by credit card or etransfer. For e-transfer please contact your account rep for details.

If an account is past due, reorders will not be shipped until the account’s overdue invoices are paid in full.

No return authorizations for returns will be given for any past-due accounts.

Currently we do not offer terms on our orders, all orders must be paid for in full before delivery.

Returns Policy

All products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Any claims of damages, shortages, or defective merchandise must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of order, as noted by shipping company.

Returns require authorization from Good Wares

Please reach out to help@goodwares.ca to report any damages or issues with your order

Returns will require photographs of issues, please take photos of the shipping boxes as well as the product, especially if items were damaged in transit

If the RA request is from a customer due to a manufacturer issue please provide the customer receipt along with product details (item name/ colour) and photos of the issue.

*Items returned for issues arising from product misuse will not be accepted.

We will always do our best to replace an item if possible

Claims received past 2 days of the receipt of your order will not be accepted

Colours may appear differently on different devices and monitors. We cannot refund products due to slight colour differences.

Refused orders and merchandise returned due to customer error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please note that we cannot accept returns without an authorization code. If we receive your package without an authorization code, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
